Visitors are always welcome but please contact Jeremy first to make a time to ensure that he is there. We maintain a strict price list for Jeremy's works but we do not publish the prices as some galleries price them differently. We prefer our customers to pay for paintings via Paypal as this gives our customers greater security. You do not have to be a member of Paypal as we will email you a Tax Invoice via Paypal and you just need to pay against that with a credit card. We issue receipted Australian Tax Invoices for all payments and a Certificate of Authenticity for the work. On receipt of payment we will send the painting to you. If within 14 days of receipt you decide not to keep the painting for any reason you can return it to us in good condition and we will refund your payment in full. We are very confident with this guarantee as despite 15 years of sales nobody has ever returned a painting. In the case of commsissioned paintings we need you to pay a 20% deposit before work commences and on completion we will send you an image of the painting. If you are happy with the image on receipt of the balance of the price we will send you the original painting and if within 14 days of receipt you decide not to keep the painting and return it to us in good condition we will refund the balance paid in full but not the deposit. I am sure you appreciate that weeks of work are involved in a commission and its only fair that Jeremy should receive some recompense for this. In practice there may be minor changes required to commissions to bring them in line with client expectations and our clients always end up happy with the work. We are only interested in maintaining a long term relationship with our clients. At Jeremy's exhibitions, over half the sales go to previous buyers. There is absolutely no point in having an unsatisfied customer and we will do everything we can to provide a quality of service that ensures that you will come back to our gallery. If the work you are interested in is currently in a gallery and you purchase it from us rather than the gallery we are obliged to pay commission to the gallery as this is only fair.
