A dirt road runs from the bitumen highway diagonally south to the Gibb River Road passing Tunnel Creek and Windjana Gorge. It follows a long line of fossil coral reefs which form beautiful craggy cliffs punctuated with the white trunks of boab trees. It is a place of magic and mystery. It reminds me of some of the wonderful romantic cliff faces painted by Lloyd Rees.
