Geoffrey Chaucer "The Romaunt of the Rose l". I love the Hay Shed Hill winery near Margaret River and I have painted it many times. The white buildings look so pretty up on the ridge. In this case however they are red, suffused in the colour of the setting sun. The air seems to be filled with a golden glow. A myriad of colours and shades filling the still warm air with the scents of summer and the harvest.
