Artist/Gallery notes

'This was painted in Thailand. It was intended as the start of a series of paintings in which figures are incorporated in a landscape. It is influenced by Chagall and Arthur Boyd. Incorporating figures in my landscapes is one of the directions which I wish to develop and I shall continue with this series.
